OMAHA – Formal charges have been filed against four Omaha teenagers in connection with last week’s robbery and stabbing death of a 33-year-old pizza delivery man.
The fourth suspect made his initial appearance in court Wednesday. Prosecutors say the teen suspects lured Christopher Taylor to a vacant apartment on the northwest side of Omaha and fatally stabbed him.
Two of the teens, ages 16 and 19, have been charged with first-degree murder, using a weapon to commit a felony and conspiracy to commit robbery. The 19-year-old is being held without bond and the 16-year-old is being held in lieu of $1 million bond.
A second 16-year-old and an 18-year-old have been charged with robbery and conspiracy. Bond was set at $100,000 for that 16-year-old and at $250,000 for the 18-year-old.
